Kaitlyn Tucker, MS, RDN, LDN

Registered Dietitian, Licensed Nutritionist

Kaitlyn received her BS from Carson-Newman University in Food & Nutrition and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from East Tennessee State University. She began her career in dietetics and nutrition at Focus Integrative Centers in 2019, after spending her internship with Focus Treatment Centers in Chattanooga. Kaitlyn is deeply rooted in her faith and a strong supporter of intuitive and mindful eating, with a passion for helping guide people to health and healing.

Kaitlyn has an individualized approach to her nutritional care for her clients. She treats each one of her patients based on their personal needs, interests, and abilities. Kaitlyn believes that our relationships with food and our bodies are of the most important relationships we have, and they need to be intentionally developed and safely cared for. She brings passion, energy, and compassion into every one of her nutrition sessions.

Specialties: Eating disorders (binge eating disorder, bulimia, anorexia), disordered eating (overeating, stress/emotional eating, etc.), sports nutrition, gastrointestinal issues (IBS, IBD, etc.) and women’s hormonal health.
